How Server Boosts work
Members choose a boost tier from your community page. Each boost is a recurring monthly Stripe subscription processed through the Mobieus platform Stripe account (not your tenant Stripe). Cancellation is self-service at any time.

Community levels
Total active boosts unlock levels for your entire community. These perks apply to every member, not just the people boosting.
Level 1: 5 active boosts
Higher default upload limits for all members. Additional emoji slots for the community. Your members get more room without paying anything themselves.
Level 2: 15 active boosts
Better audio and video quality defaults across the community. Further increased upload limits. More emoji slots.
Level 3: 30 active boosts
Extended message history for every member. Maximum upload limits and emoji capacity. Top-tier audio and video quality defaults.
Every level builds on the previous one. A Level 3 community has all the perks from Level 1 and Level 2 as well.
Individual booster perks
Members who boost get personal perks on top of the community-wide benefits. These are vanity perks. They do not gate core functionality. Your community works fully without a single boost.
- Booster badge. A visible badge next to the member's username everywhere in the community.
- Cosmetic chat styles. Frost glass, hologram, neon glow, and other visual treatments for chat messages.
- Higher file upload limits. Scales with the boost tier. Tier 3 boosters get the highest individual limits.
- Cosmetic marketplace discount. A percentage off cosmetic items in the community marketplace.
- Booster-only areas. If you configure booster-restricted channels or sections, boosters get automatic access.
Admin visibility
You see exactly where boost revenue goes. The boost report in your platform admin dashboard shows:
- Total active subscriptions and tier breakdown
- Revenue split: bill credits vs. Mobieus fees, per month
- Bill credit history and application to past invoices
- Per-member subscriber details and boost status
