No. The public REST API and outbound webhooks are on Pro, Creator, Creator Plus, and Sovereign. Starter tenants who try the API get 403 plan_gated with the current and required plans named. Upgrade in /admin/billing and the API lights up immediately.

Read the event log, users, posts, mobieusMarket listings, file uploads, moderation reports, and the moderation-actions log. Dismiss or resolve reports. Subscribe webhook endpoints to any of those event types or use the wildcard. Every list is cursor-paginated; every webhook delivery is HMAC-signed with timestamp replay protection.

Yes. Tenant super-admins set a per-key rate-limit override on /admin/api-keys/<id>/edit and a tenant-wide default on /admin/api/settings. Every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Reset.

In a dedicated database in our managed infrastructure. Encryption in transit and at rest. Each tenant has its own database — cross-tenant queries are structurally impossible. Sovereign tenants run on a dedicated VM, no shared tenancy.

Yes. One-click export for member admins. Sovereign tenants can request database + filesystem snapshots. You leave Mobieus with everything you put in.

Most self-serve migrations take 2-4 weeks end to end. Larger or more complex tenants run 4-8 weeks. Creator Plus and Sovereign get a same-day on-call slot during cutover.

Yes, with the honest caveat that Facebook does not give group admins a usable export. You can't pull old posts with attribution; you can't pull member email addresses (Facebook never gave you those). What you do is relocate the people. Announce with lead time, stand up your Mobieus tenant in parallel, run a sign-up form to collect emails, re-post the canonical evergreen threads manually, keep the Facebook group as a referral funnel, and push engagement hard in the first 90 days. It is safer because of who is on either side of the listing, not because Mobieus protects the transaction. On Facebook Marketplace, buyers and sellers are anonymous strangers from the broader Facebook population; on Mobieus they are members of your community whom you moderated in. Reputation lives across the whole tenant. You set verification requirements. You moderate. Disputes happen in the open.

Honest disclaimer. Mobieus is not a payment intermediary and does not guarantee, insure, or escrow transactions. The marketplace reduces risk through reputation, verified identity, and owner moderation. Standard Stripe processing applies.

No. Mobieus charges 0% platform fee on marketplace sales. Buyers pay sellers directly through Stripe; Mobieus is not a payment intermediary. The owner can set their own listing fees (per-listing, featured-listing, monthly seller subscription, free) and those listing fees settle through the owner's Stripe at 0% Mobieus fee. Stripe processing (~2.9% + 30¢) applies between buyer and seller, as it does everywhere card payments happen.

Operationally, it pays for itself. The migration is mostly a mapping job: users, categories, threads, posts, attachments, basic permissions map cleanly. Plug-in features become Mobieus equivalents or drop. Custom server-side cron jobs you wrote stay with you (or migrate to webhooks). Only you. Your tenant runs in its own database on infrastructure Mobieus operates (on Sovereign, a dedicated VM with no shared tenancy). Mobieus staff do not browse tenant content casually; access is restricted to maintenance and explicit support tickets you open. Cross-tenant queries are structurally impossible because the request connects to the tenant database before any controller runs. If you cancel, you take a one-click export and we delete the tenant data on the published schedule. There is no scenario where Mobieus shuts your community down without notice because of an algorithmic moderation decision.
