Before you set up a tenant.
What does “fully isolated” actually mean?
Each tenant has its own MariaDB database, its own domain, its own Stripe account, and its own branding. No tables are shared. One tenant’s members, content, and traffic never touch another’s. If you are running multiple communities or managing them for clients, each is a completely separate installation from the outside.
How long does it take to spin up a new community?
About two minutes. The trial spins up your tenant, creates the schema, sets up forums, an admin user, cron jobs, and everything else. Point a domain, connect Stripe, and you are ready to invite members.
Do I need a separate subscription per community?
Yes. Each tenant is billed independently at its own plan tier. That gives every community its own member limit, feature set, and invoice. There is no bundle discount for multiple tenants today.
Can I remove the “Powered by mobieus.io” footer line?
Yes. The White Label add-on removes it for $30/month on Pro and up with a custom domain. At that point nothing in the UI points back to Mobieus unless a member looks at the SSL cert or the Stripe checkout flow.
Does each tenant need its own Stripe account?
Yes. Each tenant connects its own Stripe. Commerce on that tenant settles directly to that Stripe account, with no Mobieus platform fee layered on top. Standard Stripe processing applies.
