Loopa is a health app people actually keep using. If you have an audience that would benefit from it, we will pay you a share of what those members pay us, for as long as the terms we agree with you say, not just on the first month.

What you can expect to earn
Most partners land on 10% to 15% of what we collect, for twelve months per customer. Some take a flat $2 per paying signup instead, which suits a large audience that converts in bursts. Those are starting points, not a menu: we set terms per partner, because a newsletter with 800 engaged readers and a channel with 80,000 casual ones are not the same deal.
Whatever we agree is written down and applies from that date forward. If we later change your terms, the change is not retroactive. Commission already earned stays earned.
What that works out to
Loopa Premium is $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year. The app stores take roughly 30% before we see anything, so a monthly subscriber brings us about $9.09 and an annual one about $49. At 10% that is $0.91 a month, about $11 over a year if they stay, or $4.90 up front on an annual plan. At 15%, $1.36 a month, about $16 a year, or $7.35 on an annual plan.
Rounded, and worked at a 30% store fee because that is the pessimistic case. Apple and Google both drop to 15% for long-lived subscribers, which works in your favor. Real numbers depend on the terms we agree and on how long your referrals stay.
How long the credit lasts
Sixty days. If someone follows your link and creates an account within that window, the referral is yours, and it is locked at the moment they create the account, not when they pay. That matters for app-store audiences: someone can sign up through your link today, subscribe in the app three weeks later, and you still get credit.
Commission is paid on what we actually collect
If your audience buys through the app stores, Apple and Google take their cut before we see anything, and your commission is calculated on what reaches us rather than on the sticker price. If we give your audience a discount on your code, your rate applies to the discounted amount. We would rather tell you that now than have you work it out from a smaller-than-expected payment later.
Payment
Commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, because refunds and chargebacks happen and clawing money back afterwards is worse for both of us. After that, payouts run monthly by check to the business address on your account, NET-30, with a $50 minimum that rolls forward until you reach it. We need a W-9 (or W-8BEN if you are outside the US) before the first payment, and we issue a 1099-NEC at $600 in a calendar year.
What will get you removed
Two things, and we would rather be blunt about them than surprise you:
- Undisclosed promotion. The FTC requires you to make the connection clear on every post. We give you the wording; use it.
- Health claims. Loopa is a wellness product, not a medical one. Saying it treats, cures or lowers anything is a line we cannot let you cross, and it ends the arrangement. We supply copy that stays on the right side of this.

Questions we get asked
Do I need an audience of a certain size?
No. We read every application and care more about whether your audience is the right one than how many of them there are. A small list of people trying to rebuild a habit is worth more to us than a large one that scrolls past.
Can I run paid ads?
Sometimes, and you have to ask first. Bidding on our brand terms is the specific thing we say no to, because you would be charging us for traffic that was already coming. Tell us what you plan to run and we will give you a straight answer.
What happens if someone I referred cancels or refunds?
A refund reverses the commission it earned. That is why there is a 30-day hold before money becomes payable. A reversal then usually nets against commission that has not been paid out yet, rather than us asking for money back. A cancellation is different: you keep everything earned while they were paying, it simply stops there.
Can I refer myself?
No, and the system blocks it rather than relying on the honor system. If your own account signs up through your own link, the referral is not credited.
How do I see what I have earned?
There is a partner portal at mobieus.io/partners/portal. Sign in with the email on your account. There is no password. We send a link that works once. It shows clicks, signups, what has converted, what is on hold, and what is due.
What are the terms?
The commercial terms are the ones we agree with you individually and confirm in writing when your application is approved. Everything else runs under our terms of service and acceptable use policy.
