Loopa is a health app people actually keep using. If you have an audience that would benefit from it, we pay you a share of what those members pay us for as long as their Premium subscriptions renew, not just on the first month.
Everything free for 14 days, then $5 a month. That is what your audience hears, and your code makes it better: people who join with it get the full 30 days of Loopa Premium from the start.

What we can tell you up front
What you earn
30% of everything Loopa collects in a referred member's first year, then 15% for as long as their subscription renews. The year starts with the member's first payment, so a monthly subscriber earns you 30% on twelve payments and an annual one on their first year. Their free days of Loopa Premium before that earn nothing, because nobody has paid anything yet. The rate card is the same for every affiliate, and there is nothing to negotiate.
The rate card applies to members who join through you from October 25, 2026. Members who joined through you before then keep the terms you referred them under. If we ever change your terms, the change applies from that date forward and is not retroactive. Commission already earned stays earned.
What your audience gets
Every new Loopa member gets 14 days of full Loopa Premium with no card. People who join with your code start with the full 30 days instead. After that, Loopa Premium is $12.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and Loopa Premium Family covers up to six people for $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Until January 23, 2027, the yearly plans are at launch prices of $39.99 and $69.99, and a member who subscribes at a launch price keeps it for as long as they stay subscribed. A member who does not subscribe carries on free with Loopa Basic: food logging, weight, blood pressure and heart rate, 30 days of reports, progress photos, the help library, the community, Apple Health or Health Connect sync, and downloading their data.

The app stores take their cut before we see anything, and your commission is calculated with that cut estimated at 30%, so a $59.99 yearly subscription brings in $41.99 and 30% of that is $12.59. Figures are to the cent, as your statement shows them. These examples illustrate the commission formula and are not representations of typical or guaranteed earnings. What you earn depends on the members you refer, their plans and renewals, refunds, and the terms of your approved account.
How long the credit lasts
Sixty days. If someone follows your link and creates an account within that window, the referral is yours, and it is locked at the moment they create the account, not when they pay. That matters for app-store audiences: someone can sign up through your link today, subscribe in the app three weeks later, and you still get credit.
Commission is paid on what we actually collect
If your audience buys through the app stores, Apple and Google take their cut before we see anything, and your commission is calculated on what reaches us rather than on the sticker price. If we give your audience a discount on your code, your rate applies to the discounted amount. We would rather tell you that now than have you work it out from a smaller-than-expected payment later.
Payment
Commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, because refunds and chargebacks happen and clawing money back afterwards is worse for both of us. After that, payouts run monthly by check to the business address on your account, NET-30, with a $50 minimum that rolls forward until you reach it. We need a W-9 (or W-8BEN if you are outside the US) before the first payment, and we issue a 1099-NEC at $600 in a calendar year. Payouts also wait until you have accepted the agreement, including its confirmation that you follow Loopa where you already have an account.
Loopa partners use the product they share. Once you are approved, you subscribe to Loopa Premium on the web as a step in onboarding, at the published monthly or annual price, and keep it active while you are a partner. Your partner account goes live once it is in place, and payouts wait on it. Your own subscription earns commission for nobody, including you.
What will get you removed
Two things, and we would rather be blunt about them than surprise you:
- Undisclosed promotion. The FTC requires you to make the connection clear on every post. We give you the wording; use it.
- Health claims. Loopa is a wellness product, not a medical one. Saying it treats, cures or lowers anything is a line we cannot let you cross, and it ends the arrangement. We supply copy that stays on the right side of this.

Questions we get asked
Do I need an audience of a certain size?
No. We read every application and care more about whether your audience is the right one than how many of them there are. A small list of people trying to rebuild a habit is worth more to us than a large one that scrolls past.
Can I run paid ads?
Sometimes, and you have to ask first. Bidding on our brand terms is the specific thing we say no to, because you would be charging us for traffic that was already coming. Tell us what you plan to run and we will give you a straight answer.
What happens if someone I referred cancels or refunds?
A refund reverses the commission it earned. That is why there is a 30-day hold before money becomes payable. A reversal then usually nets against commission that has not been paid out yet, rather than us asking for money back. A cancellation is different: you keep everything earned while they were paying, it simply stops there.
Can I refer myself?
No, and the system blocks it rather than relying on the honor system. If your own account signs up through your own link, the referral is not credited.
How do I see what I have earned?
There is a partner portal at mobieus.io/partners/portal. Sign in with the email on your account. There is no password. We send a link that works once. It shows clicks, signups, what has converted, what is on hold, and what is due.
What are the terms?
The Mobieus Partners affiliate agreement, which you accept in the partner portal once your application is approved. It carries the rate card, how commission is calculated, when you are paid, and what ends the arrangement. Payment timing, payout thresholds and any offer your audience gets are confirmed in writing when you are approved. Everything else runs under our terms of service and acceptable use policy.
